According to a recent research, writing is a good stress buster. I completely agree and discovered this fact long back. Whether or not anyone is reading what you write, after writing about whatever is bothering you or your feelings, your mind does relax a lot.
No wonder Blogging is taking by storm the internet world, everyone wants to blog whether a celebrity or a common person like me, almost everyone who knows about blogging, blog or have thought about blogging. But this kind of writing is for the world to see. It’s not necessary to relieve you from your stress you have to blog you can even rely on the old diary/journal writing method.
